Samhitha Yennam is a young entrepreneur and the Founder, President and CEO of Flying Digitals. Samhitha believes in employing a rigorous process to every aspect of the company's operations and projects to bring predictability, transparency and cost saving to her clients. She is results-driven young executive with talent of building, leading and advising innovative technology companies through complex restructurings, hyper growth and capital markets transactions.
Samhitha is an excellent leader with a track record of documented contributions leading to improved financial performance, heightened productivity and shareholder value creation. Strengths include leadership, creativity, adaptability, teamwork and communication. A passionate, balanced, and hands on leader committed to developing teams through motivation and recognition, diversity in thinking, and maximizing business reputation.
Samhitha, As the Chief Executive Officer, she partner with the Executive Leadership and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. She has been involved in designing the digital marketing stratagies, earn out agreements, organizational restructuring, and compensation arrangements, RFP responses, contract negotiations, price proposals and Quarterly and Annual reporting. She has the track record of building teams and establishing scalable processes for disruptive companies experiencing hyper-growth through debt and equity financings, transformative M&A and IPO.
Srini Yennam is a noted entrepreneur and Co-founder, COO and CFO of Flying Digitals. Srini believes in employing a matured process and advanced methodologies to every aspect of the company's operations and projects to bring predictability, transparency and cost saving to his clients.
Srini has over 15 years of experience in business development and management of enterprise solutions of various industries globally. Srini, with his passion to provide an unparalleled service to his clients with right resources and imagination, brought Specicon to the world and raised it with love and care from one person to a multi-level global organization.
Srini has founded several other successful Software technology companies including e-Data Experts Inc, UCCUDA, American Fragrances, Specicon and Flying Digitals. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electronics & Communications from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, INDIA and achieved many IT technology professional certifications throughout his journey.
Srini's drive for improving user experience and making use of the technology and his ability to challenge the status quo has contributed to innovative ideas and out of the box solution development from Specicon. His financial acumen, creative talent, entrepreneurial instincts, drive for value addition and his enterprise architecture skills bring value to the team and drive associates to aim high and approach problem solving with user in mind.
